The Other Art Fair London and new work

I'm excited to be showing with the Other Art Fair again after what feels like a very long pause. I have been very busy working o new works on paper, some works on board and also a very exciting project.

FREE ticket code

The free ticket code for Friday - Sunday please use the code: MORROWCOMP. There are only a limited number of these available on a first come, first serve basis.

I do have a few tickets left for the private view on the Thursday evening - please email me if you would like one of these as numbers are very limited.

Works on paper

I will be showing a wide range of works on paper like Pavan and Broken Black Line. Some of these pieces are framed and others are available unframed with an option to frame.

Sculpture

I am currently exploring the interplay between 2D and 3D with a piece called "Play". Working alongside my dad who is a retired carpenter I've been making a structure in which paintings can be placed and assembled so that ca be arranged into a 3D form. The name of the piece comes from the idea that you can "play" with the piece and it can be changed through playful interaction with the piece. I'm hoping that this piece will be finished in time for The Other Art Fair.

Working with wood

Th image shows a small section of the sculpture. The join is a tenet and mortar joint. The working of wood and its biographical relevance is an important part of my practice.These artisanal qualities of the sculpture are things that I like to draw attention to and celebrate as a nod to this.
